Excalbr built the RealTalkie - Walkie Talkie Offline Talk app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Excalbr at no cost and is intended for use as is.This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "RealTalkie" (further as “Application”) for mobile devices. BY INSTALLING AND USING THE APPLICATION, YOU HEREBY ACCEPT THE POLICY WITHOUT QUALIFICATION. You are responsible for any activity that you perform when using the application. You should not use the application for illegal purposes. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the application, remove it from the device on which it was installed. **Information Collection and Use**
Collection of Personal Information
The information that you feed in the app will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way. The information is only shared with the other connected device using P2P voice communication.
When two devices are connected for P2P voice connection ,the application uses voice recorder to to record voice and save it to the phone external storage. And then it transmit the audio file to the other connected device using WiFi connection . And vice versa for the other connected device. When the device connection is terminated , all the audio data is automatically deleted from the devices. Users can manually check and delete the audio data in setting.
For display the advertisements application uses AdMob. Analytics system and advertising system may collect certain information automatically. For example such, as the type of mobile device, the IP-address of your mobile device, the mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser, that you use, and also the information on how you use the application.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Note Regarding Gamezop Games:
Our app features games provided by Gamezop, a third-party gaming platform. By using our app, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Gamezop. These games may collect and use certain data for analytics, advertising, and other purposes as outlined in Gamezop's privacy policy.

Permissions
The following is a list of requested permissions. These permissions are required for the proper operation of the application.
For to use a WiFi module and to use functions such as discovery, connection, transmission and reception of data, requested by the following permissions:
§ ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
§ CHANGE_WIFI_STATE
§ ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
§ ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
To use the device microphone and receive audio stream, requested permission RECORD_AUDIO. Also, this permission is required to run the visualizer of the audio stream. In the application, the data, requested from the device microphone are used only to transmit the audio stream to the WiFi connected device.
To play the audio playback the application requests the following permissions:
§ WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - allows the application to save the raw audio and play it.
For analytics system and advertising system the application requests the following permissions:
§ INTERNET - allows applications to open network sockets.
§ ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - allows applications to access information about networks.
**Changes to This Privacy Policy**
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
